Established in 1966 Lamaleach Park Estates is a large residential retirement park with 108 park
homes set in a semi rural location. The village of Freckleton offers all amenities. There are three
village pubs all serving good food, The Ship Inn has a beer garden with far reaching views
overlooking the Ribble Estuary.

The local doctor's surgery is a five minute walk - a quarter of a mile from the park entrance and the shops, post office, newsagent etc, is a ten minute walk away. For those interested in bowling
there is a club at the park in the village centre.

The park is very spacious with plenty of recreational areas and a wooded aspect. There is a popular woodland walk by a stream which has park benches and bird watching areas.

There is also a thriving residents club where many activities are arranged including holidays,
days out and bingo nights etc.
